Services are scheduled and priced according to yard size as listed on our website. Pricing is subject to change with advance notice.

3. Service Tiers and Pricing

Yard size will be confirmed before your first service. If your property does not match the tier you selected, we will contact you to adjust the price before service is performed. We reserve the right to decline service for properties that present unsafe conditions or fall outside our standard service capabilities.

4. Scheduling and Service Windows

We aim to confirm new service requests within 24 hours of form submission. Scheduling is subject to weather conditions, equipment availability, and route planning. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Severe weather conditions

Equipment failure

Conditions beyond our reasonable control

Inaccessible property or locked gates

If we cannot complete a scheduled service, we will reschedule at the earliest available opportunity at no additional charge.

5. Property Access and Customer Responsibilities

By scheduling service, you agree to:

Provide reasonable access to the property to be serviced

Remove or secure pets, toys, lawn furniture, and other obstacles before our arrival

Disclose any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, invisible fencing, or known hazards

Inform us of any property restrictions or special instructions

Be available by phone or email for service-related communication

We are not liable for damage caused by unmarked obstacles, undisclosed hazards, or items left in the service area.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of each service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of scheduling.

Late payments may result in service suspension. Returned payments may incur additional fees. Repeated non-payment may result in termination of service and collection action.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may reschedule or cancel service by contacting us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a service fee at our discretion.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule service for safety, weather, or operational reasons. We will provide as much notice as reasonably possible.

8. Lawn Diagnosis Quiz

Our lawn diagnosis quiz is provided as a free educational tool to help homeowners understand their lawn care needs. Quiz results are based on your self-reported answers and are intended as general guidance, not a guarantee of outcomes. Final service recommendations and pricing will be confirmed in person before any service is performed.

9. Satisfaction and Service Issues

If you are not satisfied with a service, contact us within 48 hours of completion. We will work in good faith to address legitimate concerns, which may include returning to address specific issues at no additional charge. This is not a guarantee of refund or replacement service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Lawn Keepers is not liable for:

Damage to personal property left in service areas

Damage to undisclosed underground utilities, irrigation systems, invisible fencing, or buried items

Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

Loss of business, profit, or use

Any damages exceeding the amount paid for the specific service in question

We carry liability insurance and will address legitimate claims through our insurance carrier when appropriate.

11. Insurance

The Lawn Keepers is licensed and insured. Proof of insurance is available upon written request.

12. Use of Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

Submit false or misleading information through our forms or quiz

Attempt to interfere with website security or operations

Use automated systems to scrape or harvest data

Impersonate another person or entity

Use the website to transmit harmful code or harassing material

13. Intellectual Property
